Through the goggles

Follow the scent line

The trail you are looking at shows a faint stream of drifting specks, arcing from each fresh step to the next. It shows where the creature was heading, not where it is now.

How the scent line works
Three trails on grass at night through the goggles: a villager, a cow and a wolf. The prints glow faintly.
Tinted by category

Prints that glow at night

Through the goggles, prints glow a little: clear ones brighter, faint ones dimmer. Each track takes its category's tint.

  • Animals: amber
  • Mobs: coral
  • Players: blue
